Continuing education appraisal courses are offered on weekends and in 1-day formats during the week to accommodate the schedules of busy appraisers and real estate sales professionals.

All classroom appraisal courses are taught by licensed or certified appraisers currently active in the profession. Class sizes are limited to ensure students get individual attention when needed.

Real Estate Brokerage courses are designed to be independent study programs but, at ARESO, licensed professionals are on call to help when needed.
